You've applied, what's next? What is the status quo?
After you have sent your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email from us. This will also contain your personalised tracking link. Click on it to get an insight into the current status of your application from anywhere and at any time.

The interview is a first opportunity to get to know you, find out more about you, your motivation and interests, look for suitable opportunities together and find your perfect match. Your preparation for the interview depends entirely on the position you have applied for in our company. For example, you should find out about the profession and the tasks you are interested in.
If you are shortlisted for the advertised job, we will invite you to an interview. We are happy to conduct an initial interview by telephone or video conference. We will then ask you to come to one of our offices for the actual interview. You can present yourself there in person and receive all the information you need about the specific job. If it's not possible to meet in person, we can also organise this via WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom or Skype.

This is how you can be sure that you are applying for a temporary position:
Look out for the words "recruitment agency" in a job advert. If you apply for a suitable position, we will take over the application process and transfer your data to our client. However, you can also send us an open application at any time. We will actively support you in your search for your perfect match and accompany you on your journey!

Out of a job overnight?
Don't worry, you can't simply be made redundant in temporary employment. This also applies if you don't have a job for a while, because all legal requirements and therefore also the statutory protection against dismissal also apply to temporary work.

Temporary work means that you are in permanent employment with a personnel service provider but work for a client company. There is therefore a triangular relationship between the employee, the personnel service provider and the client company.

Although temporary work is limited in time, you are also permanently employed during this time and receive a regular monthly income.
But watch out! In temporary employment, you are not employed by the client company where you work, but by us, your personnel service provider. You will therefore also receive your salary from us.
