Recommend friends through the referral program and receive a reward for each successful referral.
Any employee, former employee, or fan (excluding internal employees, including employees of Trenkwalder Business Solution GmbH) can submit their recommendation via the referral program.
The amount of the reward is determined based on the current working model (part-time, full-time) and professional qualifications—based on pay grades EG 1-EG 9 of the GVP collective agreement.
You recommend Trenkwalder as an employer and fill out our form.
Your referral is employed by Trenkwalder for at least three consecutive months. You are entitled to an amazon voucher for each new employee recruited.
After checking and determining the corresponding voucher value, you will receive your amazon voucher, including redemption conditions, free of charge by email.
And best of all: if the recruited employee is employed by Trenkwalder for 12 months +1 day (without notice), you and the recruited person will each receive an additional amazon voucher of €500.
