Very High Satisfaction:
Our 2025 Employee Survey Shows Strong Results
At Trenkwalder Personaldienste GmbH, people are at the center of everything we do – both our employees and our clients. We are therefore delighted with the results of our 2025 employee satisfaction survey, which demonstrate that our joint efforts are paying off.
Compared to last year, we have improved significantly in many areas. The feedback confirms that we are on a very good path and are continuously developing as an organization.
High Overall Satisfaction with Trenkwalder
Overall satisfaction with Trenkwalder in 2025 is 4.16 out of 5 (2024: 3.79).
Over 71 % of respondents indicated that they are very satisfied or satisfied. This result encourages us to continue on our path as a reliable and appreciative employer.
Very Positive Ratings of Client Companies
The collaboration with our client companies is also perceived very positively. With a rating of 4.28 points (2024: 4.2), more than 80 % of respondents feel very comfortable or comfortable in their client assignments. Ensuring a good fit between employees and client companies remains a key success factor for our work.
A Dynamic Team with Experience and New Perspectives
The composition of survey participants reflects the dynamism of Trenkwalder in Germany: many new colleagues, complemented by a stable group of long-term employees. The high completion rate of 75 % also demonstrates strong interest in exchange, feedback, and active participation.
Developing Together
The results of the 2025 employee survey are both a recognition and a motivation for us. They show that we have achieved a lot together – and at the same time provide valuable insights into where we can continue to improve processes, strengthen transparency, and further optimize our offerings.
