Your Tasks
Your tasks
As a (senior) full-stack developer, you will play a key role in shaping the development of our software platforms and take responsibility for the entire life cycle of modern applications.
Technical development & architecture
- You will develop high-quality (front-end and) back-end components in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- You will be actively involved in the design and further development of scalable software architectures
- You will be responsible for clean, maintainable code and the use of modern software design patterns
Cloud & infrastructure
- You will work intensively with AWS cloud infrastructures, designing and optimizing them for sustainability
- You will design and improve our infrastructure as code (IaC) and use best-of-breed DevOps approaches.
Automation & CI/CD
- You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation-driven deployments, and integrative testing processes.
- You will support the development of a stable, scalable development and release pipeline.
Artificial Intelligence & Innovation
- You contribute experience in developing AI-based solutions and use modern ML libraries and frameworks
- You work on innovative features and contribute to the integration of intelligent components into our products
Team & Collaboration
- You work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers
- You mentor colleagues and contribute to the further development of the team
- You will be part of an agile development process (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and help establish best practices
Your Qualifications
Technical qualifications
- Several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or software engineer, ideally at a senior level
- Very good knowledge of Python and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with cloud infrastructures, especially AWS
- In-depth understanding of software architecture, DevOps methodologies, and modern development tools
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
- Experience in setting up, developing, or integrating AI/ML solutions into productive software
Desirable additional skills
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Structured, independent way of working as well as team and communication skills
Personal skills
- Analytical strength, high problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality
- Team player with a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and passion for new technologies
Language skills
- Good written and spoken German and English
