Your Tasks
We operate a growing AI platform with multiple microservices on AWS — multiple teams, multiple environments, a complex release process. Deployments should be reliable, traceable, and fast. You make sure they are — and that developers can focus on their product instead of infrastructure problems.
- Develop and standardize our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS ECS/ECR)
- Own our release process: deployment coordination across multiple services and environments (dev, staging, prod)
- Build and maintain the observability stack: logging, monitoring, alerting, distributed tracing
- Developer experience: local dev environments, tooling standardization, onboarding infrastructure
- Operate and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, RDS, SSM, S3, ALB, CloudWatch)
- Incident response, runbooks, post-mortems — systematic, not ad hoc
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering
- Strong AWS skills (ECS, ECR, RDS, SSM, IAM, CloudFormation, CDK)
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD design for microservice architectures
- Solid understanding of container infrastructure (Docker, ECS/Fargate)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
- You can code: shell scripting, Python, or TypeScript for automation
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
- Familiarity with Terraform
- Experience in a SaaS product team with multiple parallel services
