Your Tasks
We're a product team building an AI-powered platform for the HR space — modern stack, short iteration cycles, real user feedback. You'll build features end-to-end: from the database layer through API design to the UI.
- End-to-end development of new features: backend services, APIs, and frontend components
- Contribute to our microservice architecture (TypeScript/Node.js, Python/FastAPI)
- Frontend development with Next.js, React, and Tailwind
- Database design and migration with PostgreSQL and Prisma
- Integration of external services and AI APIs
- Code reviews, technical documentation, and active input on development standards
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of fullstack development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills (frontend and backend)
- Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js a plus)
- Solid backend understanding: REST APIs, database modeling, async processing
- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS or comparable)
- Self-directed, reliable, communicative
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy)
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations (Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI)
- Experience in a SaaS product team
