Ihre Aufgaben
Your responsibilities:
- Perform precise welding work on complex components and assemblies made from high-strength and high-alloy steels
- Carry out welding tasks in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards
- Complete pre- and post-weld processing, including cleaning, finishing, and preparing welds for subsequent production steps
- Conduct visual inspections of your own work to ensure excellent workmanship and consistent product quality
- Work in a shift-based production environment, contributing to reliable and on-time manufacturing operations
Ihre Qualifikationen
Your qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training as a Welder, Metalworker, Construction Mechanic, or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have practical experience with common welding processes such as MAG, TIG (WIG), and/or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW/E-Hand).
- You hold valid welding certifications for the welding processes you perform.
- Previous experience welding armour steel is not required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- You have a good command of German, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system.
- You work with a high level of accuracy, quality awareness, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
