As a pioneer in digital recruiting, our application processes are mainly online. Submit your online application without any complications. Follow us on social media and apply directly via Facebook, LinkedIn & Co with your profile there. Whatever you decide: Contacting us and applying should be as easy as possible for you.

1. Find the right job offer

In our job search you will find not only job offers in client companies but also current vacancies directly in our company. Simply select the category "Internal jobs" and find your dream job at Trenkwalder there. If you do not currently find what you are looking for in the advertised jobs, it is definitely worth making an open application.

2. Create or import profile

Simply click on the desired job offer and then on the "Apply now" button. You will then find yourself in our clearly laid out application form. Here you can either upload your CV as a document. Or simply use your social media profile.

3. Upload all required documents

No matter how you have created your profile, your complete application includes an optional CV as well as other specific documents. Namely:


Degree certificates and diplomas (copies)

ideally: Photo

possibly a letter of motivation

4. Check and send application

Before you send your application, check all your details again. Have you thought of everything? Is everything written correctly? Check. Let's get it out there! Your speculative application has reached us - and will be processed immediately.

5. Application check by the Trenkwalder team

Now our recruiters match your qualifications with current job offers. We may also carry out a so-called competence analysis. The results of this analysis help us match you with various job profiles. This makes it even easier for us to find the ideal company for you. As soon as we have a match, we will contact you immediately and discuss the next steps together.

6. Invitation to the interview

If you are shortlisted for a job, we will invite you for an interview. We are happy to do an initial interview by phone or video conference. For the actual interview, we will then ask you to come to one of our offices. There you can present yourself in person and receive all the information you need about the specific job. If it's not possible to meet in person, we can do that too: via WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom or Skype.

7. Contract and onboarding

You have received an acceptance letter for the job? Congratulations and welcome to our team! Now you can start your internal career at Trenkwalder.

• We will prepare the employment contract for you as soon as possible. You will be sent the contract digitally for you to sign.

• On your first day of work, you will receive a folder from us with all the important documents for a good start. You will also receive access to the Trenkwalder intranet. There you will find all the important information about the company and important processes.

• Your workplace will be prepared for you so that you can get started quickly. To do this, we put together the necessary hardware and software for you, activate access and reserve your e-mail address.

• Then it continues with onboarding activities around your entry. At our head office in Munich you will gain impressions and first experiences. And most importantly, you will get to know your new colleagues during the introductory week.

• In addition, there are intensive training sessions for you during the first three months - tailor-made for you and your specific tasks.
