If additional information is needed, you’ll be automatically notified and can easily provide it. Our recruiting experts will then reach out to you personally as soon as an interesting career opportunity arises.
4. Getting to know each other and the interview
If your profile makes a strong impression, we’ll invite you to an initial interview. This will take place either by phone, video call, or in person. During the interview, we’ll get to know each other better, discuss the job, and answer your questions. Afterward, we’ll guide you through the rest of the process.
5. Job offer, contract, and successful start
Did you receive a job offer? Congratulations! Now it’s time to get started—we’ll support you through this final step as well. As soon as all the details are finalized, we’ll send you the contract documents and all the important information you need to get started. If necessary, we’ll work with you to arrange the required work attire or any additional documents. Depending on the position, you’ll have access to a workspace or the appropriate equipment for remote work or working from home—and then you’ll be ready to hit the ground running in your new job.
