The present information pursuant to Art. 13 et seq. GDPR on data protection serves the purpose of fulfilling the duty to provide information when collecting personal data.

For reasons of readability, the masculine form has been chosen for the aforemen-tioned personal designations; however, the information refers to members of all genders.

2. What data do we process when you use our website?

2.1 Technical usage data (server log files)

When you access the website, we process technically necessary data, e. g.:

When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, contact details, content of the request, company reference if applicable).

Purposes: Processing your request, communication, and, if necessary, initiating a contract.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual) or lit. f GDPR (communication/organisation).

Storage period: six months until the request is processed, plus reasonable documentation periods, unless otherwise required.

2.3 Newsletters, webinars, downloads

If we provide newsletters/webinars/content offers, we process the data required for this purpose (e.g. email, name, registration/participation information, proof of consent if applicable).

Legal basis: regular consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) – revocation possible at any time.

Storage period: until revocation or cancellation, plus any applicable deadlines for proof of data collection.

3. Cookies, consent tool, tracking and third-party content

3.1 Principle (end device access)

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage, pixels). Storing/reading data on your device is generally only permitted with your consent, unless it is abso-lutely necessary to provide a digital service that you have expressly requested.

4. Recipient, service provider, third-country transfer

We use service providers (e.g., hosting, IT maintenance, newsletter distribution, consent tool, analytics). These companies process data on our behalf based on data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).
