01 One central point of contact
Instead of coordinating multiple staffing providers individually, you have one central point of contact for your external workforce requirements. This reduces interfaces and simplifies communication.

Centralized management for your flexible workforce.
The more staffing providers, locations and external employees involved, the more complex workforce management becomes. Different contacts, processes and commercial terms increase administrative effort and make it harder to maintain a clear overview.
With Master Vendoring by Trenkwalder, you consolidate your staffing requirements with one central partner. We coordinate your staffing providers, manage the fulfilment of your workforce needs and ensure transparent, standardized processes – from the initial request through to ongoing workforce deployment.
The result: less complexity, greater transparency and a flexible workforce solution that adapts to your actual requirements.

Together, we analyze your workforce requirements, existing supplier structure, locations, processes and relevant KPIs.
Based on this analysis, we define processes, responsibilities, the supplier structure, service levels and reporting requirements.
We integrate the model into your existing workflows, coordinate collaboration between all stakeholders and establish clear communication and escalation processes.
During ongoing operations, we coordinate staffing requirements, suppliers and workforce fulfilment. You retain full visibility without having to manage every provider individually.
We measure performance against agreed KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously develop processes and the supplier structure.
With Master Vendoring, one central staffing provider takes responsibility for coordinating and managing a company’s external workforce requirements. The Master Vendor acts as the central point of contact and, where required, integrates additional staffing providers as co-suppliers.
Staffing requirements are submitted centrally to the Master Vendor. The Master Vendor coordinates fulfilment using its own recruitment resources and, depending on the agreed model, additional staffing providers. Processes, responsibilities and service levels are clearly defined in advance.
Master Vendoring is particularly suitable for companies with consistently high or fluctuating external staffing requirements, multiple staffing providers, several locations or a high level of administrative effort in workforce procurement.
Companies benefit in particular from centralized management, reduced administrative workload, clearer processes, greater transparency and better control of participating staffing providers.
Existing and proven partners can be integrated into the Master Vendor model. As Master Vendor, we coordinate collaboration based on jointly defined processes, quality requirements and service levels.
The exact scope of services is defined individually. Typical responsibilities include workforce demand coordination, recruitment and staffing, co-supplier management, process and contract management as well as monitoring and reporting.
Master Vendoring refers to the centralized management of workforce procurement and participating staffing providers. With On-Site Management, this is complemented by operational support from a Trenkwalder team directly at your location. Both models can be combined.
On-Site Management is particularly suitable for larger workforce volumes, frequently changing staffing requirements or complex operational processes at a specific location. A direct on-site presence enables shorter communication channels and closer operational management.
Yes. The model can be adapted to different organizational and site structures. Processes, responsibilities and reporting can be defined according to your individual requirements.
Together with you, we define relevant KPIs and service levels. These can include metrics such as time-to-fill, fulfilment capability and quality, allowing supplier performance to be evaluated regularly and optimization opportunities to be identified at an early stage.
The process begins with an analysis of your current workforce and supplier structure. Based on this, we jointly develop the right model, define processes and responsibilities and plan the implementation.
